“Blue Waters” at Mallacoota, on the Far East Coast in Victoria's Lakes and  Wilderness Region, is situated at 15 Karbeethong Avenue, Mallacoota.  It is easily accessed by sealed road from the main Genoa/Mallacoota Road where directions are well marked with a large blue sign to “Blue Waters” Holiday Cottages, just past the M5 (Mallacoota 5 Km) marker going to Mallacoota.
